All listing, copy and information submitted by Advertiser for the Closeouts Trading, Inc. service hereunder complies and conforms in all respects with (A) all applicable laws, including but not limited to, laws prohibiting false, fraudulent, deceptive or misleading advertising; and (B) all applicable licensing requirements of local, state or federal authorities, and that Advertiser will notify Closeouts Trading, Inc. immediately in the event it becomes aware of any facts or circumstances which might constitute a violation of this representation.

Advertiser acknowledges and agrees that all submitted listings for advertising must meet Closeouts Trading, Inc. standards and/or requirements, as amended from time to time. Any advertising submitted by advertiser(s) may be changed or omitted by Closeouts Trading, Inc. as necessary to meet such standards and/or requirements. Closeouts Trading, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any advertising listing, which does not meet such standards and/or requirements, and which it deems inappropriate, improper or offensive. All advertising listing decisions are made final by Closeouts Trading, Inc.

Closeouts Trading, Inc. cannot be held responsible or liable for any work done for advertiser by any web design or web hosting company, other than Closeouts Trading, Inc. does not warrant or guarantee, nor does it make any representations, for any of the products or services listed within the Closeouts Trading, Inc. directory. Closeouts Trading, Inc. cannot be held responsible or liable for any damages, consequences, errors, interruptions and/or losses brought about by the use of any services or products listed herein.
